Every year\, the world’s leading consumer and home electronics brands present the latest technology trends\, innovations and highlights of the technology industry here. IFA offers retailers\, buyers and experts a platform for making new contacts and cultivating existing ones. \nIFA 2019 was able to attract 245\,000 visitors. They traveled from more than 100 countries to get advice on the latest products\, innovations\, technologies and concepts from nearly 2\,000 exhibitors. The three major technologies of voice control\, artificial intelligence as well as networking dominated the themes of IFA across all product categories\, especially in relation to the red-hot topic of 5G. Japan was IFA’s first Innovation Partner Country this year. More than 2\,800 journalists from around the world covered the event’s offerings on-site.
