BERLIN-NEUKOELLN, SATURDAY, AUGUST 7, 2021.
Soccer is being played again on the Philip Morris sports grounds. Motorola has issued the invitation. The hellomoto cup 2021 will be played, an «influencer soccer tournament» under the banner of diversity in sports and soccer.
When Motorola calls for a game, well-known sponsors and supporters come. The online soccer platform OneFootball and kicker were on site as well as the Berlin sportswear brand ARTIVA SPORTS, Redbull and Mr. GAY GERMANY, Benjamin Näßler, who presented his project «LIEBE KENNT KEINE PAUSE». FAIREVER was able to contact Benjamin in the run-up to the event and successfully encourage him to appear as a brand ambassador for ARTIVA and to join the ARTIVA SPORTS team.
Especially Neuköllner and Kreuzberger Kiezkicker qualified for the tournament with their recreational teams. Well-known soccer influencers were also involved, as were teams from the individual sponsors. The 16 teams were dressed by ARTIVA SPORTS in 100% individually produced jerseys for this tournament. The rainbow flag on the soccer jerseys could not be overlooked.
FAIREVER took over the overall implementation for the Berlin sportswear brand ARTIVA SPORTS, the supplier of the event. The request from the organizer came at very short notice. The team started directly with the implementation in order to set up a concept in the shortest possible time, which could guarantee a successful customer appearance. The communication with the organizer and the agencies was part of the assignment as well as the communication concept for the company ARTIVA SPORTS before, during and after the tournament.
After such a long Corona break and EVENT ban, it was a matter of the heart for FAIREVER to implement this order as HEAD AGENCY for ARTIVA SPORTS. Finally we could breathe the air of an on-site event again. 300 visitors and participants were allowed on the event site with a players party afterwards. Also the topic fits to FAIREVER: A good year ago FAIREVER started with the EQUALITY. VIRTUAL RUN AND BIKE sporting event and since then has been calling on athletes to fly the flag for equality, diversity, respect and tolerance while running and cycling.
As a professional full-service company, FAIREVER can draw on in-house resources for such commissions within the six dimensions. The five-headed graphic unit took care of the graphic design, production of the print and online media, the FAIRLOGISTICS took care of the transport, assembly and disassembly of the promotion stand, the FAIRPEOPLE took care of the promoters, the FAIRFASHION department created the staff and promoter outfits, and the colleagues from FAIRMOBILITY provided ARTIVA SPORTS with the VW T1 Samba BULLI branded in rainbow colors as a special highlight and took care of the development and production of the give-aways. The project management had to combine all these own trades and only had to book an external photographer for the documentation.
